Packages
  • We reserve the right to amend the cost, location and time of any booking if changes are imposed on us. If this is necessary, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
  • It is the group’s responsibility to arrive for their activity on time as the finishing time cannot be extended.
  • Events taking place outside a 20 mile radius of the postal code S20 will be subject to a mileage fee of 40p per mile.

Bookings
  • The minimum number for a Hen/Birthday Party booking is 10 people (smaller groups will be charged at the same rate as 10 people).
  • A £60.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Final confirmation of song/theme, number of participants and any other details are required 21 days prior to the event for invoicing.
  • Full outstanding balance is required 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to later dates or other Dancemotion service should you wish to re-schedule your event. We require a minimum of 28 days notice for any transfer.
  • Cancellations with more than 21 days notice will incur no further charge.
  • Cancellations within 21 days of the event will be charged at 50% of the total fee .
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged at 100% of the total fee.
  • Cancellation fees apply to individuals as long as the group number still meets the minimum requirement.
  • If Dancemotion are unable to provide your booked service a full refund will be given.
  • Any refunds due will be issued after the event.

Material
  • We occasionally use stills and footage of our dance experiences and courses for marketing purposes. In taking part, participants agree to grant us royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the material in any media worldwide.

Copyright
  • As part of some packages, participants may receive an edited DVD of their event. Material on the edited DVD is protected by copyright. Copyright in all materials remains with Dancemotion Ltd and other copyright owner(s) as specified. The DVD may not be copied, reproduced, broadcast or transmitted in any way.

Liability
  • Dancemotion take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe experience and environment for all participants. This includes providing a health and safety explanation, ensuring all equipment, props and dance space are safe for practice and having the appropriate public liability insurance.
  • All activities are undertaken at the participants own risk and Dancemotion can not be responsible for claims for death, injury, damage or loss unless caused by the negligence of Dancemotion.
  • Participants should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they undertake.
